I've had Sammy for 1 year now, he's been peeing and pooping inside on his pooch pad. Ever since I got another baby yorkie girl (12 wks old) and she pee/pooped on Sammy's pad, Sammy stopped peeing and pooping on his own pad. Even after we changed it, no hope.

Sammy has no problem with going outside whenever we walk him, but lately it's been raining hard so that leaves me no choice but to not walk him.

I have a balcony in my townhome that I am trying to get him trained to go bathroom at. It has a roof and it's a pretty decent size for him to walk around. I don't even care where in the balcony he pees or poop, as long as he goes -- i don't care. But he doesn't go. I bought this fake grass thing made for dogs to pee on, cost me $150, no use. He squirt a little bit, I even treated him, and never again he'd go on it.

I even tried to setup a pee pee mat that he previous pee on still no use.

What should i do? How can I make him go outside at the balcony?
