Yes, and if anything I would get your used to making the trip now so she is well-adjusted later.
One thing to consider, if she hasn't been through her whole round of vaccinations, be careful where you let her use the bathroom. Maybe just try to use pee pads instead of putting her on the ground. I can't remember when puppies finish with their vaccinations...maybe this is a non-issue for you!
