Can someone please give me info on what the difference is between Fostering/Rescuing?
Can someone provide info on such an organization in FL..preferrably the Tampa Bay area.
I would like to talk to somone more about it within my area.
NO, I'm not looking to "give up" a dog or "purchase"... I'm interested in providing care/temp housing/or whatever would be "needed"
