Sage is 6 weeks 4 days old ( I am his breeder ) he is just under 15oz

today he was fine this morning but very tired today. Did not eat for a few hours and then had bloody stool.. No vomiting. Tried to put him with his mama-refused to nurse
would not eat so I rushed him to the vet. NOT our reg vet, They were closed

the vet did a parvo test-neg then a fecal also neg in the end they said he may just have an upset digestive system or any number of other minor things BUT he does not want to eat!

They gave him flagil and told me to give him 1 whole CC of nutrical every 4 hours.. This seems like to much to me

can anyone offer advice? I don't want to spike his sugar like that but don't know what else to do.
