You need to start your own thread, if you want the best answers, but when you have a procedure done such as this, you've paid for follow up treatment. Call your vet and ask about this, some females get a bladder infection after a spay. The crouching behavior is a sign of pain, and not eating normally is also a sign of pain. Dry heaves, can be a sign of nausea and pain as well. Shaking can be due to hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, and this could because she's not eating enough, but infection can also cause hypoglycemia, and this should not be ignored. Please call your vet as soon as possible. Nutri-cal, or white Karo syrup, can raise the blood sugar, but protein needs to given to keep it from dropping again. Tell the vet everything you have posted here.
