I am doing the same thing. I am using the AGPET nuser with the little nipple. I started with Esbilac but have moved to a formula I made up of milk, egg yolks and yogurt. She has gained from 4.9 to 9.5 in two weeks. She has her mother, but Mommy has no milk, so she is getting snuggling and licking from her Mom.

Hints: She won't nurse unless she is warm. We feed every two hours during the day and every 4 hours during the night. Smaller amounts more often works best. Be sure to burp her after nursing, then she may nurse some more. Patience. . . sometimes I had to put the nipple in several times before she would latch on.
