He might need another round of the meds, but the inconsistency is a puzzle. Did you take in another stool sample after the meds were gone? Sometimes they need a second round. Also did you keep his poop cleaned up? hev might have become reinfested from his own poop.
Cesar is not the best dog food. He should be getting kibble.
That does seem like a terrible price for a fecal exam and deworming meds.
