As long as he is eating the dry food you do not need to worry about him eating the wet as well. make sure he is eating and drinking tho. wellness puppy food is great. i assume he's on antibiotics for the KC and meds for the parasites too so if you can get him to eat a little yogurt that would help his system out. try non or low fat plain yogurt. the nutrical (i'm assuming that's what you meant) is ok for now too since he's not 100% healthy.
