I got Sasha in Sept at 10 months both ears were floppy, too much hair, they were all the way down . I shaved them and I always give them all at night a little cottage cheese and it's working her ears are up , once in a while the right one flop at the tip of the ears , but she looks cute, she is now 11 months, so I think if you keep them shaved and cottage cheese it will work. I wouldn't give up, I never did tape them, but that might work for u.
