Shivering may not mean they are cold at 10 weeks of age they are able to keep their body warmth, that is unless they are out in the real cold weather, then a sweater and blanket would be the best thinh. It could be low blood sugar. Keeping the house temperature and a blanket accessable is good, at night I'd make sure that she's a warm place. But, if you'd feel more comfortable adding a heat source a heating Pad is a bit risky at her age, a heat lamp would be better.
