Well, for some strange reason I thought it was a good idea to prepare food for him at home, it consisted of rice, chicken breast, and carrots. He love it. However, now he has a bloated tummy and I am worried. Is this normal for him to have such a full tummy.

what color is his tummy; pink is good but gray or brown no good; my dog had that and she has intestinal infection. the boiled chicken and rice shouldn't do that. you can try adding digestive enzymes and probiotic and feed him smaller meals and see if that helps. any vomiting?
