I am sorry and I feel your pain. I let an adult go today too. I know they will be in a wonderful home but its still hard. I try not to think about it too.

This is the first adult i retired... It's really, really hard. I have been blocking it out of my head all week not to cry all the time. I know it's for the best...But it's like sometime is missing in my house, my harms, my heart. I don't know what else to do with myself other that being here right now... talking to real dog lover and trying to distract myself from the pain...
