my dog had that; and i had to switch her diet from kibble to the honest kitchen; that way i make sure she has enough water; also i add digestive enzymes and probiotic; now she's fine. also if your baby won't eat in the begining; besided boiled chicken and rice; you can feed baby gerber food just to get him to eat; and u can add the probiotic and digestive enzymes. good luck
