I was going to tell you not to get a collar.Instead to get a Harness, but i guess you already knew that. Cat harnesses work well. I even heard of someone that used a ferret harness cause the pup was so tiny. I also got a harness at Petco but she always manage to take it off. Joy sells awesome harnesses/vest.
