Miami-Dade county animal control offers neuter/spay services for free. The only requirement is that the pets are up to date with the shots...i think this is the best idea so far, now people do not have an excuse for not having the procedure done, since all you have to do is make the appointment. Another thing...for our small babies we have to be careful with the kind of aneastesia they get...that would be my main advice!!
