Yep its open to anyone that is a member of YT. Like Marci said you have to send at least 5 but you can send to as many as ya want.
Some people do pics of their Yorkies as cards, some just send cards with pics in it, some just send regular cards
, pics of their family etc... I love to see all the different ones.
