Give her scrambled eggs, once a day. With 5 pups you'll have to make sure that she has plenty of food at all times and increased calcium and whelping pudding
Pups need mothers warmth right now, let them nurse on her as much as they want, they need her colostrum. Mother's milk only lets down every 2 hours...
I would take her in for a POP shot (Oxcytocin). This will get her uterus back into shape, remove any dead tissue and assist in the let down of milk.
