Dogs will eat anything, won't they? At our house we joke that the only thing a dog thinks about is "You gonna eat that? I could eat that? You gonna eat that?"!!!

It sounds like a 'leaf' problem to me, because of the vomiting you described. If it were shots, I would think there would be an overall lethargic reaction. I once had a Golden Retriever who ate 2 dozen Easter eggs, whole, and vomited/pooped them for 2 days; her overall behavior was totally normal. (She also liked to break into our pantry and eat breakfast bars, wrapper and all.)

It also occurred to me that your baby might be eating leaves, like cats eat grass, because her stomach is upset from the change in food? With cats, the grass just serves to induce vomiting...clearing the stomach from upset.

I think careful watching will give you the answer eventually. I know you are worried; hang in there!
