He's adorable! But first off, is Toby neutered? If he is, he shouldn't mark unless he already does. I don't think it would be an issue for an altered male. I would also introduce them NOT on Toby's territory. Let them meet outside or in your backyard or somewhere else so Toby doesn't feel threatened! Then they should be just fine
