The bordatella vaccine sometimes causes kennel cough...exactly what it should prevent. It should be a mild case, but there is always a chance that it will turn into pneumonia. Some vets give cold meds and some give antibiotics to try to prevent pneumonia. If you take him in the bathroom with you when you shower, the steam may do some good.

A fecal is a test to look at stool. Parasites are often found in pups. Some may cause bloody stool. If worms are found, deworming meds are given. Giardia and coccidia are also a concern.
