Looks like you either saved it in the wrong file type, in order to move it has to be saved as a gif, and it looks like it's a jpeg Sometimes if the file is too big for your particular limits, Yorkietalk just saves it in the smallest size and this takes away the moving capabilities. You can upload it to your album and I can look at it for you. Remember a regular member's avatar can be no bigger than 75 pixels on either side and no more than 19 kb, which is usually about 4 pictures.
