The "situation" being that since around the time you bred her, you seem to be running across one problem after another with her, whether related to the breeding or not--first you say she was she was acting odd, then she was itching excessively, which progressed to throwing up, and now she is having issues with shaking. And now you state that she has never had any health concerns? What on Earth would you call
this? Thus why I said I was concerned. Aren't you?
I can assure you that I am perfectly aware of what issues and behavior are typical for expecting females, having experienced much of it first hand myself on more than one occasion.

However, when the problem persists for 4 days to the point of your female acting the way you described, then it is time to take precautions and rule out more severe causes. "As you can read" there are other possible issues, aside from hypoglycemia that others mentioned.
Given that she is eating now and feeling better, it's entirely possible that could have been the problem. In any case, it easily could have been something more. And I'm sorry, but I stand by what I said--if your vet was made aware of the issues you were having and they blew it off only giving you the advice to "give her some honey", then IMO, I would be looking for a new vet, If your vet is more involved with the situation than that, then that is a relief...but you never indicated that was the case, so please don't fault myself or anyone else for thinking that.
