I switched my gal to wet food mixed with dry puppy kibble when she was feeling finicky during pregnancy. She would try to only eat the wet, but I think she accidentally ate a few kibbles lol. She did eat better on the wet. When the pups were born she did the same thing, and I used a wet puppy food for about a week before I could get her to eat anything else.
