I totally agree...I might be wrong but this would have been the smallest adult yorkie in the world if I am not mistaken...What did the vet say about his weight? It should have been a hugh concern to any vet who looked at a dog this size. I am surprised the vet would even had neutered him at this weight and frankly I would be leary of the vet who did not question his weight.
I am thinking LS only because of the weight but since you did not do a neocropy you will never know but to bred your little girl again just seems to be in your interest and not hers or any puppies she might have and this is cruel to me.
