I also live right outside Springfield and am very interested in getting more information on your cousin as a groomer. We have been taking ours to All Pet Supply to one specific person and she has always made Cooper look AWESOME...however recently she has others working with her and the last 2 cuts have not looked so good. And I like knowing the same person is always working on them instead of just the luck of the draw that day.
