Smile New to this looking for a breeder in New Hampshire few questions

I have found 2 in NH Jubilee Yorkshire Terriers and Toy Town Yorkies has anyone heard of them or bought from them. I got these breeders from Yorkshire Terrier club of america. Is this a good start?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a breeder in NH?

What questions should I ask the breeder?

What should I look for in a good breeder?

Is the price differnt if you dont want to breed and just have as a pet?

Should I look for a good weight of the Dam and Sir to stay away from a small pup?

Should I look for any red flag signs from the pup (skittish, tucking of the tail, not active, should i make noises to see how they react) ETC......

How do I know that the breeder really isnt a broker?

Is there anything that I should look for as a red flag from the breeder?

Should I ask about any health problems that the Dam and Sir have had?

Should I ask to see healh records on the Dam and Sir? Would that be to forward or insult them?

Once I get the pup and take to the vet is there any special tests that I should have the vet do to make sure the pup is healthly as stated from breeder?

I know that this dog breed is prone to liver shunts is there a test for this?

Most breeders offer u a time limit to take dog to vet to find a problem most have been 24 hours to 14 days is this reasonalbe?

What if the pup needs a liver shut later in life is this covered under the contract or does it depend on the contract.

I am not looking to breed the dog just would love to have as a family pet. I know this may seem like alot to ask but I just really want to becareful as I have heard of horror stories. I know that I dont want to have a dog shipped to me want to see in person. Anything that I might of missed would be appreciated. I have so many questions but cant think of them right now. Thank you for your help.
