I have two dogs, a lab and a yorkie. i used to feed the Lab Purina until i did a little research. These supermarket bought pet foods have some pretty terrible things in them, from rancid grain to uthinized animals
. I switched the Lab to Nutro and the Yorkie has gotten Nurtro from the day I brought her home. It made a huge difference in my labs coat. She is the shinest one I have ever seen and was not always like that. They say that feeding a natural food with no bi-products can add 2-5 years to a dogs life. And as for treats they are nutro as well or I give them a piece of the Natural Balance roll, wich is also a really good food, but I don''t think they make one specificallly for puppies.
