hi,
maybe some of you know what is going on, sammy keeps biting his arms , right near the top of arms and his front feet. there is nothing there, i have checked for flea bites and rash, but nothing, he keeps biting till the hair is about 1/4 inch or less. he is always wet. he has a puppy cut, with no mats.
should there be a concern for this?
is he bored or ocd?
