Did you realize that the vet could have surgically removed her baby teeth? Many people have their Yorkie's baby teeth removed at the same time the puppy is spayed/neutered. Under general anesthesia, so no pain... and because the vet is doing it, he/she can control the bleeding. You might want to keep it in mind if you get another Yorkie puppy; it would probably less painful and traumatic for the puppy than having you try to pluck her teeth out at home.
