YES They should have been neutered a long time ago. They are each trying to claim the territory. There might be a female around the neighborhood that is in heat.
Once they have started, they might not stop. Some do, some do not. But definitely get them neutered.
Then if it does not stop, you might need to resort to belly bands. |
