Unfiltered ACV is the best...Braggs's is a good brand. Make sure you shake it up every time you use it as the "Mother" will settle on the bottom. I have been taking the stuff myself for years, it's good to get rid of toxins in the body. Some grocery stores carry it by the reag vinegars but we get it from a health food store.
