Sounds like you are doing everything you should. Hopefully the meds will kick in soon.

I would get him to a vet right away. Could be colitis/IB but when Cali had blood in vomit and poop she had HGE. Hopefully it is not that but you need to find out and get him some treatment. Please keep us posted.
