I just want to cry when reading what these poor dogs went through. I watched the Cesar Millan puppy mill episode. Apparently, the USDA regulations allow "breeders" to have 100 dogs. 100 dogs!!! How can they take care of that many? As proven in this case (93 dogs), they can't. Laws need to be changed and better regulations put into place. |
