I believe the next sign up period will start in Jan. and then the GE will be in Feb. (so officially "next year", but not a whole year away!! does that make it any better?)
I'm sorry you missed it by only 2 weeks.....that stinks!! Doesn't really seem fair does it
I hope you'll sign up next time. This one is my first time, and I am so excited already.....and I have to wait another 3 1/2 weeks before they even draw names!!!!
