Thanks for all the advice! We're still discussing it daily! I guess in order to get approved or denied by the condo board, we need to fill out an application with the information and picture of the dog we want. So basically we will be getting our heart set on getting a little guy or girl and maybe getting denied
But we will be picking up a form next week just in case we decided to use it.
