My guys are chipped, but I still have them wear their collars w/ ID tags at ALL times. Fitting a collar for a little dog is much different than for a big dog -- so next time you put the collars on, just check to see that all you can fit btwn the collar and neck is really just the tip of your pinky (or so). NOT 2 fingers like they say w/ some larger breeds. You probably already know this, but I just thought I'd toss it out there.
