I know that....all I meant by that was if MSPCA were to go by the house it is very nicely kept. The pups are kept on the front porch with a fence type gate to prevent them from running into the road (which from what my Mom has said has already happened before). I KNOW a person can live in the most beautiful house or the worse house...doesn't mean they are or are not capable of abusing an animal.
