I'm sorry they are giving you the run around. I hate FedEx, they are always doing that to my mom. The last time they delivered to the wrong address and they called the driver to verify it was delivered and he called me back and gave me grief about it! He said that I signed for the package and to stop making trouble for him. He saw me sign with his own two eyes!
I told him that I would remember meeting the rudest man in the world. He huffed and finally verified the address he delivered to and guess what, IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!
Have I mentioned that I hate FedEx???
