I realize a lot of people buy pet brand items for their pets but I don't think they are the always the best choice. I would use
Tom's of Maine natural toothpaste for her. They make it for toddlers and I would get a baby/toddler toothbrush too. I am a strong believer in natural products for people and animals because the chemical ones are causing too many health issues. I also like
Dr. Bronner's Magic Pure Castile Classic Soap, especially the Baby Mild Liquid Soap, because it's great for sensitive skins and will keep the hair from drying out.
