This is very heart breaking to hear, it does make us angry and whats worse.

I just had my daughter call on her neighbor, she called me just crying and carrying on about seeing her neighbor hitting there dog, Not a yorkie but does that really matter..NO !
she was affraid they would find out she called, I told her to make the call and not worry about that info, They still have not checked into that we know of
