Rily is 6 months old and neutered. He has never lifted his leg. I haven't had a big problem with him marking. He is about 75% pee pad trained. I did have to change where the pad is because he seemed to prefer the laundry room instead of my bathroom.
The neutering has helped with the humping, as well.
