Wow is Peanut the only one that lifts his leg???

I got Peanut neutered at 4 months.. He wont lift his leg on anything in my house, but he will lift his leg sometimes to go pee on his pad.. I have to keep the pad away from the wall bc he will lift his leg on it. He will lift his leg on EVERYTHING outside as well. He does lift his leg when we go to other people's houses if they have dogs. So I have to watch him. If they dont have dogs he wont lift.
