You just moved. This is a major change in routine for our little ones
She will get used to it, but I'm sure the move and a new house is what has her backtracking in her training. Also, she slept with you every night, and you changed that also,.. another change along with the new home.. more stress.
Pick a routine, stick with it, praise her praise her praise her, when she goes where you want her to go! Be consistent, patient and it will get better. I know that it doesn't seem that way now, but a move to a new home can be a very high stresser on a dog
