I just did not get the impression there was active bleeding going on. The word irritated said that to me...and the fact she talked about peroxide and neosporin.
Now, if she had said it was opening and bleeding, I might have felt that way. Who knows...maybe I misread it.
Have to wait for a response I suppose.
