I've had a similar problem just recently with an on-line pet store. I finally ordered a puppia harness for each of my two as I wanted the step-in ones but had put it off for months waiting for Rosie to grow. I placed the order 4 weeks ago, got immidiate reply, I even double checked the order had gone through. A week later[ long time for delivery in England] no harnesses. I e-mailed them, they said, problem with supplier, sent out in couple of days. I waited another 10 days, still nothing so I e-mailed them again, No reply. Sent another, same story sent out in day or two. Still nothing, so I sent another early last Friday asking for a refund, no reply. Finally threatened them with trading standards, now they're refunding my money. Its the only bad experience I've had so far. |
