Tia is not in heat and never will be as she is spayed and she humps her teddy occasionally. I tell her NO and she stops immediately but there is no way I'm taking her teddy away , it is her comfort and she had it on day one.
Its really not a big deal, shocking at first and so long as it is not done to humans. Its a natural thing , its not dirty and it can be controlled.

I don't see it as bad behavior , sorry.
