doctor.. because it might be time too take him off the nutri cal if he's eating that good
or it could be the food he's eating well i'll take a new picture of him close up he has put on some more pounds i'm pretty sure since this past weekend petco said he was 3 lbs well the vet stood on the scale then held cobys and said he's 3 lbs..also all the clothes i have fit him now that was way too small he went from a size xxx small to x 1 ... its like over night he started getting real big |
Why are you giving him nutrical if he is eating. That is only needed on really small puppies, or those that do not eat well.
I free feed all of my dogs, the puppies and adults. Yorkies do not tend to over eat.
He is going to be however big he is going to be. Under feeding him will not make him stay small, it will only cause health issues.
I agree with the other posters, puppies, like children go through growth spurts. They get pudgy then they grow, then the get pudgy then they grow.
