I have to agree with Nancy in that if the vet is more comfortable with one method over another, that's the one I'd choose.

My instinct would be to go with the laser but only if the doctor is capable and 100% confident in her abilities to use this method. There's nothing worse than an operator second guessing what they are doing. Be safe & good luck!
