Dont want to worry you, I'm sure she'll be fine but this is what my document says regarding vaccinations.

Possible side effects vs. Allergic reactions:
A vaccine reaction is rare yet possible. Potential side effects include depression, muscle aches, stiffness, and mild fever. These are usually temporary and may last 24-48hrs.

However if welts, facial swelling, vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, altered mental state, or generalized shaking occurs, this could be an allergic reaction and you should call your vet immediately or proceed to the nearest animal emergency facility.

A small lump in the skin may be noticeable for several weeks after injections and usually clears without treatment. If the lump becomes painful, swollen, or hair loss occurs call vet.
