 How Often Do You Do Dental?
Apple is coming up on her first birthday, and I had her at the Vet, yesterday, discussing the two retained upper canine teeth (and spay and such)...I asked, when he pulled the two teeth, if he would be cleaning her teeth, at the same time...He said it wasn't necessary, at this point, but that next year I would want to be having it done...Then I asked him how often yorkies need to do dental, and he said annually? Is this the norm for most yorkies? It occurred to me, if they lived to be 15, then they would be put under anesthetic 14 times??? Can that be right? |
